1.岗位描述

Our tax technology team has been involved in robotics and process automation projects in various international companies ,Chinese companies,. The portfolio of projects is growing and that is why we are hiring new colleagues. We are looking for talented individuals with experience in RPA to join our smart team. 

What is awaiting you on the position of RPA consultant?

– delivering projects to high quality standards within required deadlines

– analysing business requirements to come up with the best technical solutions for client’s business challenges

– data preparation

– interaction with the client

– cooperation with other colleagues on business proposals preparation 

– implementing state-of-the-art software solutions based on advanced development frameworks (Blue Prism, Uipath, NICE, Automation Anywhere and more)

Position of RPA consultant is not only about development but also about understanding the business of the client and ability to communicate your work to people without technical background.

2.岗位要求

• 2+ years of experience in RPA with UiPath, Blue Prism  or other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Nice

• certification in one or more of the mentioned RPA platforms

• understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) Technology

• motivation to grow the RPA practice 

• consulting background is nice to have

• good communication skills and professional appearance 

• strong analytical mindset and sharp logical thinking

• creative approach to problem solving

• Basic SQL knowledge and a good command of Python is a plus.

• Excellent learning ability of new technology and skills , strong problem solving and analytical skills, good communication skills in English and Chinese

• Process minded with good presentation, communication and articulation skills, excellent in Visio, Visual Paradigm and other process mining tools
